Refund or Exchange

Refund or Exchange:

• Refund / exchange is performed within 14 days after the day of receipt in accordance with the Law of Ukraine about the “ Consumer Rights Protection”;
• Refund and exchange conditions: if the package, goods and all the labels are preserved, and there is a lack of exploitation.
• Underclothes can't be exchanged or refunded.
• The costs of transportation are paid by the buyers.
• Money should be refunded the same way as it was paid previously.

Leotards with rhinestones are made on individual size fits can't be refunded or exchanged:

• We reserve the right to deviate from the sketch a bit.
• The colours on the monitor screen can differ from the ready product that isn't the reason to refund or exchange it.
• If you made the wrong size fits it could lead to the incorrect topping on your figure and it isn't the reason for refunding or exchanging it.
